Lithgow Show Display Space

Display Space is now selling for the 2021 Lithgow Show 19th 20th March

Show will be run to a Covid19 Safe plan Limited Site available

A display space provides you with the opportunity to promote your business or sell your product to a wide variety of people from this district, with a face to face approach to see your range of products and services.

With a Covid19 Safety Plan in place this will limit the number of Site Holders for our 2021 Show

All Site Holders in the Lithgow LGA will receive a special discount of $25.00 per site

All prices quoted are for 2 x days Friday and Saturday.

All Site Holders will be required to practice Safe Covid19

All food vendors will be charged $100 for their site regardless of size this covers Council inspection fees. All Food stands are required to be inspected by Council Health before they commence selling.

Inside Space

We provide inside pavilion space opportunities these are sold by metre frontage. Inside space is charged at $50 per 3m block. A special discount will apply to those Site Holders with a 2790 postcode Sites are limited to 2m depth

Outside Space

We also provide outside space opportunities. Outside space is now sold in 4m frontage blocks charged at $50.00 per block. It will be assumed that your longer measurement is frontage and will be charged as such. Area quoted is to include drawbars and guy ropes. Sites are limited to 8m depth

Insurance

If you do not have your own public liability insurance, temporary insurance can be applied for, for $20 through the Show Society for the duration of the show.
